  • Cancellation Policy:

    A cancellation fee will apply if your booking is canceled beyond the allowed notice period, as detailed below. The cancellation fee will be the full amount of the menu at $280 per person.

    • For bookings of 5 or fewer guests:
      We require 72 hours' notice to cancel, reschedule, or reduce guest numbers. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of $280 per person.

    • For bookings of 6 to 9 guests:
      We require 5 calendar days' notice to cancel, reschedule, or reduce guest numbers. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of $280 per person.

    • For bookings of10 to 15 guests or exclusive bookings:
      We require 10 calendar days' notice to cancel, reschedule, or reduce guest numbers. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of $280 per person.

    Cancellation Procedure:
    You may modify your booking date or cancel your reservation using the confirmation link provided in your email or SMS, as long as it is within the specified time frame (e.g., 72 hours, 5 calendar days, or 10 calendar days, depending on your booking size).

    If the cancellation or modification request is made after the allowed notice period, a cancellation fee of $280 per person will apply. In such cases, please contact us via SMS at 0451 068 815 with your booking details to process the cancellation

    Important Note:
    The cancellation fee cannot be waived under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • Minimum Spend & Special Booking Policies:

    For Groups of 1-5 Guests:

    • Minimum Beverage Spend:
      A minimum of $60 per person for Friday and Saturday bookings.
      There is no minimum beverage spend for bookings from Tuesday to Thursday.

      Note: Additional food will not count towards meeting the minimum spend.

    For Groups of 6-9 Guests:

    • Minimum Beverage Spend:
      A minimum of $60 per person for Friday and Saturday bookings.
      There is no minimum beverage spend for bookings from Tuesday to Thursday.

    • Gratuity:
      A 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill, after dining, at any time.

      Note: Additional food will not count towards meeting the minimum spend.

    For Groups of 10-15 Guests (Exclusive Bookings):

    • Minimum Beverage Spend:
      A minimum of $80 per person for all bookings at any time, including weekdays and weekends.

    • Gratuity:
      A 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill, after dining, at any time.

    • Note: Additional food will not count towards meeting the minimum spend.

      Payments & Surcharges:

      All payments are subject to a 1.6% surcharge for in-person transactions and a 2.2% surcharge for online or keyed-in payments, with a 15% surcharge on public holidays, including Christmas Eve and Valentine's Day.

  • We offer a full vegetarian menu and we can accommodate most dietary requirements if mentioned during the reservation process.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate unexpected dietary requirements or allergies upon arrival, and we cannot assume responsibility for your health and safety in such cases.

    If you or your guest have serious allergies or specific dietary needs, it is essential to contact us directly or specify them clearly when making your online booking. This ensures we can prepare appropriately and provide you with the best possible dining experience.

  • For the safety and comfort of all our guests, our venue does not permit babies or children who are unable to enjoy our degustation meal. Due to the intimate setting and size of our restaurant, we are also unable to accommodate prams or strollers.

    Please note that children’s bookings will be counted as one person, and they will be seated alongside other guests, enjoying the same degustation course as adults. We do not offer a children’s menu.
